Permanent position; 75-85 hours/fortnight

Work with a hand-selected and battle-tested team in our Cafe at Logan's cafe & eatery located on the glacial canals of Canterbury / North Otago.

Our new Barista, Wait Staff will work directly with our Cafe Manager and Assistant Manager, and support our internal Cafe Team… so we can positively impact the lives of another 150,000 customers annually while loving what we get to do!

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
You will work arm-in-arm with our wait team so they can do their BEST and most productive work.

• You will be involved in keeping our Cafe processes on track and constantly evolving.
• You will keep your assigned station organised and well-maintained to sustain being part of a cohesive team.
• You will coordinate daily logistical details to support menu delivery and service standards.
• You will create special moments of WOW for our customers by playing an important role in leading yourself and customer recognition.
• You will communicate with internal customers with professional integrity.
• You will thrive on having a unique mix of recurring tasks and special projects that add variety to your job role.
• You will help create and plan your personal and professional growth focuses.
