Work for a leading horticultural grower in Rakaia. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join the company.

• $30 an hour (salary is negotiable for highly experienced applicants)
• 40 - 50+ hours each week
• Permanent, full-time role

You will have the following skills :

• Mechanical knowledge + fault finding
• Strong initiative
• Aware of health and safety
• Ability to work unsupervised

You will be responsible for :

• Greasing machinery and creating a preventative maintenance schedule to suit
• Identifying potential issues with conveyors and gearboxes/motors before a breakdown occurs
• Working within our large team to facilitate repairs

If you hold a limited electrical certificate and have basic welding skills, these would be beneficial. 
However, they are not necessary to apply for the role.
