Housekeeper

About the Role

Southland Asset Management manages several properties in Te Anau, including Edgewater Motel and Cosy Kiwi and we are looking to hire highly motivated and responsible housekeepers for the season, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms.
• Regular cleaning duties such as carpet, curtain and window cleaning as well as airing of duvets, pillows, etc.
• Detailed cleaning of interiors and exteriors, as needed.
• Removing rubbish and sorting recyclable material.
• Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and fixtures, and replenishing supplies.
• Clean exteriors of buildings including windows and paintwork, as necessary.

Requirements

• No experience is required, all training will be provided
• Work holiday visa holders welcome to apply
• Self-motivated, responsible, and honest
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
