Home School Teacher Can Be Live In

We are looking for some educational support for our two children, who are 8 and 9 years old - ideally in an evidenced based structured literacy program but also in broader educational aspects, including maths and handwriting etc.

There is the option to follow an established home school curriculum (based on the New Zealand school curriculum) or use one you are familiar with if you have a proven program from past educational roles.

It could be entirely flexible as to hours per week - and also as to days/times/holidays - and there may be the option to add more students and be paid on a ‘per student’ basis - like a ‘class’ environment with very small student numbers!

Pay negotiable based on experience/qualifications - e.g. a qualified teacher.  We can also offer accommodation (we have a 10 acre property so private parking for your own accommodation or can offer a loft cabin in our garden) - all negotiable.

We are based in beautiful Central Otago - 1 hour to either Queenstown or Wanaka - in an area of big lakes, rivers and known for its' biking and outdoor sports as well as wineries.  

This could be a very attractive option for someone with a passion for education but also lots of flexibility to enjoy exploring New Zealand!
