We are currently looking for an Operations support specialist based in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland

Our Operations team is the heart of our business which has 15 assets located across New Zealand. 


Role Overview:

Work pattern: Full-time, permanent, 5-day work week, Monday  - Friday

The mission is to ensure that the operations of Haka House Hostel assets run smoothly.  

The operations support specialist is responsible for auditing the operational policies and procedures by checking and providing accurate data for the operations leaders to follow up on.  

In addition, the operations support specialist is responsible for supporting the roaming maintenance team by logging, arranging and communicating all maintenance requests.  

They act as the communication channel between the on-road maintenance team and the operational teams.  Some of the key responsibilities/tasks may include:

  • Weekly Reconciliation Reports
  • ESG Tracking and Analysis
  • Warranty Claims
  • Supplier Set up
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance carried out
  • Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed
  • Coordinate with contractors when necessary

You will have:

  • 1+ experience years in Hostel or Hotel operations
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation, including written, verbal and dress 
  • Right to work in New Zealand
