Barista At Lovely Marmolada Cafe

At Marmolada Cafe we are passionate about delivering a nice relaxed experience with fresh, delicious food and high quality coffees.

 We are currently on the lookout for a full time barista or an experienced cafe worker with lots of barista experience!

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:
Barista experience minimum 1 year and able to handle 200+ coffees alone including but not limited to weighing every shot, overseeing quality and adjusting grinder accordingly

• Good latte art skills
• Independent, proactive and works well under pressure
• Love of customer service and excellent communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work individually, is responsible and shows matureness in overall work ethics
