Dairy Farm Assistant

We currently have two working holiday visa holders from England and they are having a great time.  Both will be returning home in June so we require two workers from June/July.  We are just finishing Autumn calving and start calving again in July.  Experience is essential. If you can commit from June to Oct/Nov - that would be great.  

Can give references from current staff and those that have left.

Dairy farm is in heart of the Waikato.  Help with milking, feeding out, mating, calf rearing - all the usual dairy farm jobs.

High input with feed pad, split calving, 1000 fat happy cows, 50 bail rotary.  Lots of technology including Protrack, Cow Manager and auto calf feeders.

Milking is one week on one week off.  Roster is 10 days on and 4 days off.

Accommodation is single persons quarters (or couple), fully furnished. Or shared house with other working holiday people.

Small car is available for use while employed for $50 weekly fee.
