• Excellent communication and organisation
• Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
• Motivated with a positive attitude to uphold morale in the kitchen
• Adaptable, and able to work in a high pressure environment 
• Organisational and time management skills
• Responsibility for the operation of a designated section of the kitchen 
• Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality and cost control
• Preferably have knowledge of New Zealand ingredients and suppliers
