We're looking for upright workers who are keen to join our company at Malbec Orchards and be apart of our seasonal Packhouse teams for 2024!

We have a variety of seasonal opportunities at our St Georges Rd Packhouse for people who are keen to earn and learn more about our horticulture industry. Weather you've worked in this industry or not, we want to hear from you. 

Please no SSE visa holders.

Positions Available: 

We are recruiting individuals for a range of different seasonal roles within our 2024 season including: Stackers, Tray Fillers, Tray feeders and box fillers. 

What are we looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to do physical work
• Quality attendance
• Ability to work together as a team
• Punctual and consistent
• Reliable transport

You do not need any pervious experience or skills in this industry to apply, training will be provided onsite. 

What we can offer you:

• A variety of roles with working opportunities during the hours of 8am- 5:30pm, Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8am - 4.30pm and occasionally night shift 6pm - 10pm depending on market requirements
• Consistent work throughout the early month of the year, starting early February and finishing around the end of May, depending on market requirements.
• This position is non-weather dependent.
• We offer onsite training for specific jobs and support from our team. 
• An hourly rate of $22.70 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay.
• End of season bonus $1 for every hour worked throughout the full season (conditions apply).
