Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant is looking for experinced chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team for the busy summer season!

As a growing, family-owned business, we are looking for an ambitious, creative individual, who has a can-do attitude, gets excited by new opportunities, and enjoys a challenge. You will need to work through busy times with a positive attitude and deliver a standard of food which Mudbrick has built its reputation upon. You are a professional, polite, and respectful character who will be part of our Mudbrick family centric culture. 

Technically you are a passionate chef who will take pride in showcasing locally sourced ingredients from around our Hauraki Gulf and wider New Zealand.  At Mudbrick, we curate a significant edible garden which is maintained for the chefs to draw on. Working with the kitchen leadership team, you can regularly communicate with our full-time garden team to utilise the potential for fresh house grown produce and micro greens to be included in the menu.

Waiheke Island is an incredibly beautiful place to live and work, the friends and connections you make here are global and priceless. You will have the opportunity to cook for celebrities, politicians, and international guests alike.
