We have been BUZZed and looking for a qualified chef to take over the reigns and lead the kitchen for a 2 month period, whilst the current chef takes an extended overseas break.

This hotel caters for tour groups and offers a "Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Offering. The kitchen is only open 5 days a week, Breakfast and Dinner - with the menu created for a 1 man service, with a KP.
 

  • Breakfast 6am - 10am
  • Dinner 4pm - 9.30pm
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week 
  • Mid April start date 
  • Must have full chef uniform (jacket / Shoes)

Accommodation ( hotel room), meals on duty and relocation expenses covered, from within the south Island. Hourly rate of up to $33 per hour + holiday pay is on offer.
