Foh Duty Manager

This position is for a hospitality professional ready to grow with our restaurant and brand. It involves being service focussed, implementing new systems, performing as a team member, and food and beverage service management . The successful applicant will have at least two years of formal service experience and sound knowledge of wine service practices. Training and support will be given.

We specialise in Pasta made with quality ingredients and traditional methods with a small international beverage list. An interest in current restaurant trends will be an advantage. We expect industry standards to be upheld while aiming to exceed.

The successful candidate will:

Have at least two years restaurant service experience

Be versatile, able to hold down a busy wait station, bar, coffee machine and kitchen pass

Be available to work evenings

Be confident and capable

Ideally hold a current duty manager’s certificate
