Toyota Hiace Selfcontained

located in Auckland and listed under Cars & Campervans

Hi everybody !

After travelling through New Zealand during one year, it's time to sell our beautiful Homedesigned Campervan Haikara.
Haikara is a Toyota Hiace from 1988 with 283*** on the clock.
This model Toyota Hiace is a very popular and reliable vehicule in New Zealand.
It is known for being driven up to at least 400 000 km (easy and cheap to find all spare parts needed).
We bought it from other travellers, and we built all the inside then, from the insolation to the furnitures and the Self-Contained certification.
It means all the basic equipments (water tanks, toilet, gaz cooker, etc.) are brand new.

Winterproof ? We made a double insolation on the floor (thermal blanket + wood + thick wool carpet) and warm curtains (fabrics/wool blankets).
You will also enjoy a warm bed thanks to 2 duvets + 2 warm soft blankets + 2 hot water bottles if needed.
More than enough for any situation in New Zealand !
The best point is you can cook and live completely inside the van (with a big foldable table-desk), enough space to move when the bed is turned as a couch.
Sometimes we even invited 2 more people to share a meal or a movie in the back during cold and wet weather.

To be honest, travelling with a Self-Contained worth it ! You will save a lot of money and time around the year, because there are lots of free campsites for Self-Contained only.
Moreover, some districts in NZ allow the freedom camping only for Self-Contained Campervan.
So, Haikara, full of positive energies, is more than ready and happy to go on the roads again with new owners !

We are in AUCKLAND, SWANSON train station exactly. Available for any visit !
By the way, we will do the Ellerslie carfair in Auckland (Greenlane) on Sunday 23th of April from 9 am to 12 pm !
