Plateau Lodge

Located on the edge of a Dual World Heritage site “Tongariro National Park” is Plateau Lodge. In the heart of the Tongariro Park we offer accommodation and the only Tongariro campsites right in village.

With the backdrop of the Tongariro volcanoes we have Apartments, En suite rooms, Lodge rooms with communal facilities, Campervan sites with power or non power, water outlet wifi and a picnic table. - a new bathroom block with endless hot water is just a few steps away. On site is communal lounge & kitchen, Hot tub, Laundry, wifi, lunch & breakfast options.

The Tongariro Alpine Crossing has a daily shuttle offering return or one way options right from the door step at Plateau lodge
