We are a good old-fashioned backpackers hostel with an easy-going, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and some awesome perks like free unlimited Wifi, gas BBQ, cheap laundry facilities and awesome showers! We have a sunny outdoor garden with plenty of seating and a wood-fire for the winter months. The Tongariro River is also just a 3 minute walk from our doorstep.
We offer cheap shuttles to the Tongariro Crossing, just ask us when you arrive and we'll have all the information you need, plus weather updates.
We will always do our best to make sure your trip through Turangi is as fun or relaxing as possible. If you're keen for a quiet night or day in we have hundreds of movies & TV shows on our hard drive and a PS3 for gamers.
