Rangitata Rafts offers you longer time on the river than most other New Zealand one day rafting trips and is privileged to be the only operator on this unique stretch of river.
There is time towards the end for you to swim in the calmer turquoise waters, surf the rafts in the smaller rapids and an optional ‘leap of faith’ from a jump rock.

On arrival at our lodge meet your fellow rafters and guides while enjoying an early lunch prior to your trip. Hot refreshing showers welcome you back to the lodge after your trip followed by a delicious BBQ meal.
Backpacker style accommodation is available at our beautifully located lodge on one of New Zealand’s first high country sheep stations. Or stay in your camper and use our lodge facilities. A wonderful way to escape the crowds.
